Mackintosh | A Surprise Photo Session

It was a very cold day in December, and my fingers were freezing, but my heart felt all warm and toasty because we were on a mission to take photos of Mackintosh in secret for a surprise Christmas gift! I LOVE it when people ask me to help create an awesome surprise for a loved one, and just so you know, I will go to great lengths to make it happen, even last minute. It turns out that it’s actually pretty difficult to sneak your dog out of the house at a different time and place than usual so you aren’t being suspicious, especially in winter! We had to reschedule a couple times to get the timing right, but it was worth it. Mackintosh was a total delight, and we found a perfect spot to do our photo session that thankfully looks perfect year round, even on a 30 degree cloudy winter’s day.

The beautiful album and framed prints were the coolest surprise on Christmas day, one she will never forget! Gift certificates are super cool too, but to sneak the dog away and plan a surprise photo session is totally next level!
